A major worry with new building projects is that of funding and keeping within budget.

• Funding - At DNA we have our own in house professional fundraisers who would work closely with you to develop a fundraising strategy to help fund the project. Grant application forms can be baffling, our team of professional fundraisers would be happy to help complete these and advise of any other appropriate funding available. They will also advise you on any other fundraising ventures that might be relevant to you.



• Managing the budget - Budgets will be managed by the appointed DNA Quantity Surveyor and our clients will be continually updated as to where the project lies in relation to the budget. Experience has shown us that with regular monitoring, budgets can be managed well and surprises are few and far between.



• Our Fees – DNA will charge fees on a variety of basis’s and this is agreed at the initial consultation meeting. Fees are geared towards the ‘not for profit’ sector.
